High-efficiency, high-power multi-coil wireless charging transmitter SOC
CV90367 is a wireless charging transmitter SoC chip, which supports PD2.0, PD3.0, QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC and other adapters for power supply. Supports the latest Qi V1.2 and Qi V1.3&V2.0 standards, supports single-coil/multi-coil wireless charging applications, supports Qi standard BPP 5W, Apple 7.5W, Samsung 10W, EPP 15W charging; supports customer private agreement, power up to 100W.
CV90367 can set under-voltage protection, hardware over-voltage protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection and other functions, and supports Q value and FOD detection.
Integrated full-bridge driver circuit and voltage & current two-way communication decoding function module, CV90367 adopts QFN48 package, which can significantly reduce PCB size and BOM cost
